Payout Problems with SocialSpark

Since yesterday, I have been having problems withdrawing my money from SocialSpark. The site's minimum payout is $20, and my balance with them is $22.49. When I put the amount without the dollar sign, this error message appears:

Today, when I tried withdrawing my money, this time I put a dollar sign in front of the amount. This error message appeared this time:


I put in an amount greater than $20 but still I am unable to withdraw my money. Any blogger out there experiencing the same issue? Please help. I've been sending them trouble tickets but no one has responded yet.
