The diet that everyone has been talking about is finally here! It's called the Flat Belly Diet, and it's fairly simple and easy to understand. As a mom of two kids whom I gave birth to both through cesarean section, I have found it hard to get my flat belly back. Before I became a mom, I was thin but now, I still have a bulging belly no matter what exercise or diet that I do. I lose weight in my arms and legs and everywhere else except my belly.
